Naveen has over 8 years of experience in FEMA, International Taxation and Income Tax matters. Swamy Naidu is a Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of professional experience (including 1 year post-qualification) spanning Virtual CFO (VCFO) services, accounting, and compliance management. He partners with founders and finance heads to build finance functions that scale-owning budgeting and forecasting, cash-flow and working-capital management, MIS and board reporting, and strategic decision support. He has delivered VCFO support to multiple software companies, aligning finance operations with business objectives and growth plans.

Swamy also leads end-to-end accounting operations and compliances: setting up robust books and month-end close routines; overseeing revenue recognition, AR/AP, payroll, and inventory accounting; and ensuring timely statutory filings and reconciliations.
